What to do:

Organisation and control of the warehouse
Optimisation of warehouse accounting
Knowledge of warehouse automation system
Conducting an inventory
Carrying out control of the goods for the presence of marriage
Ensuring the timeliness of the assembly of orders and their delivery to stores
Warehouse logistics management
Distribution of work between individuals, control, and accounting of performance
Checking the identification of labour disciplines in the team
Ensuring safety regulations, industrial sanitation, and fire protection in the warehouse
Hiring and structure of employees
Development of a motivation system, continuous improvement of efficiency;

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position
Experience with address storage system
Accounting and warehousing skills
HR skills
Knowledge of shipping documents
Knowledge of the rules for loading and unloading goods, their arrangement and stacking in the warehouse
Knowledge of PC, Excel
