Return policy

With your comfort in mind, we provide the opportunity to exchange or return Abitoo products.
Within 14 days from the date of purchase of only a new product (white price tag).
Discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
To do this, you must present a receipt, and in the case of electronic payments, also a payment card with confirmation of the operation.
Refunds for the goods are carried out in the way in which the payment was made.
In addition, the returned item must have the original Abitoo label with price and tags and must not show signs of use.
Out of concern for the health and safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear (bras, boxers, briefs, swimming trunks, thongs and lingerie sets)
Earrings
Goods purchased under special conditions (including damaged goods)
Glasses
Returns are only possible at the store where the item was purchased.
